Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, while addressing the council of foreign relations in Washington on Monday said that New Delhi is ready to pick up the threads of the dialogue with Islamabad, including issues related to Jammu & Kashmir. Singh also reasserted of better relations with Pakistan if Pakistan acts to curb terror networks operation from its soil.
